2015年8月6日上午，江蘇省鎮江市丹徒區委常委殷利民、外事辦主任王燕，丹徒新城管委會副主任戴元，招商部部長魏裕同、辦公室主任黃德新一行蒞臨星辰前海所調研交流，我所陳方主任率相關部門同仁進行了積極熱情接待。
On August 6th,2015,Yin Limin,party standing committee member of Dantu District,Zhenjiang City in Jiangsu Province,leads a delegation of officials to Sincere Qianhai,whose president Chen Fang and fellow lawyers warmlygreet the delegation.Other officials are Wang Yan,chief of foreign affairsoffice,Dai Yuan,vice chief of Dantu new city management committee,Wei Yutong,office of Business Promotion and Huang Dexin,office chief.
首先，在我所陳方主任的陪同下，殷常委一行饒有興致的參觀了極具現代感以及智能化設計的前海展示廳。在展示廳內，講解員隆重向殷常委一行詳細介紹了前海的總體规划、开发理念、战略定位、改革创新及深港合作等内容。
First,accompanied by president Chen, Mr.Yin and the delegation pay a visit to the impressively modern and intelligent Qianhai exhibition center.In the center,aguide introduces the delegation to Qianhai’s general plan,idea,strategicpositioning,innovation and cooperation with Hong Kong in detail.
通過參觀和講解員的介紹，殷常委一行加深了对前海的了解、增進了對前海國際化發展理念的認識。殷常委表示，前海的發展及規劃向其展示了國家大力推動自貿區發展，建設具有國際化風範、主打金融創新的前海合作區的決心，使丹徒了解了自身存在的差距，同時也讓丹徒看到了與前海謀求發展合作的機遇，這次參觀是一個難能可貴的學習交流機會。
Throughthe visit and explanation,the delegation deepens their understanding ofQianhai and its internationalism.Mr.Yin says Qianhai’s development andplanning shows him the strong determination of the state to develop free tradezones and to build an international Qianhai that focuses on financialinnovation. Dantu now realizes its own shortcoming,but also sees anopportunity to cooperate with Qianhai.He says the visit is a great opportunityfor learning and communication.
隨後，殷常委一行來到星辰前海所，陳主任向殷常委一行介紹了星辰前海所的裝修風格、設計理念，并列舉具體成功案例向殷常委一行介紹了星辰律師事務所二十年來在律所體制機制創新、法律服務創新等方面取得的輝煌業績。
Afterwards,Mr.Yin and his company visit Sincere Qianhai Law Offices,where president Chenpresents Sincere Qianhai’s style,idea and successes which exemplifies Sincere’saccomplishment in the last two decades in innovation of law firm management andlegal services.
交流會上，星辰前海律師就殷常委一行提出的如何使內地企業也享受到前海自貿區優惠的國家政策，以幫助內地企業走出去，扶持新型產業發展等方面的問題給出了專業、詳盡的解答，并有針對性的提出了切實有效的解決方案。
Duringmeeting,Sincere Qianhai lawyers answer the delegation’s question on howQianhai policies may help inland enterprises that would propel them to dobusiness abroad,and how these policies would encourage new industries;thelawyers also give practical and efficient solutions.
