2015年8月11日下午，“創新轉型生態——前海‘互聯網+金融’創客論壇”在前海深港青年夢工廠創業魔法學院成功舉辦。本所金融部成員陳華鑫、冀玉婷、孫子翔應邀出席，並就當前國家戰略概念“互聯網+”與初創企業進駐前海的區位政策優勢、投融資管道及法律風險防範等方面進行了深度討論和交流。
In the afternoon of Aug 11th, the Innovation Transformation Biosphere—Qianhai Internet Plus Finance symposium is held at Qianhai’s Shenzhen-Hong Kong Entrepreneur-Hub. Members of Sincere Qianhai’s finance department Chen Huaxin, Ji Yuting, Sun Zixiang are invited to attend and discuss the national strategy Internet Plus and the preferential policy, investment channel and legal risk control for new enterprises that moves into Qianhai.
互聯網與金融深度融合是大勢所趨，將對金融產品、業務、組織和服務等方面產生更加深刻的影響。互聯網金融對促進小微企業發展和擴大就業發揮了現有金融機構難以替代的積極作用，為大眾創業萬眾創新打開了大門。截至8月10日，前海累計進駐企業達41821家，註冊資本接近2.2萬億元，其中註冊成立的互聯網金融企業超過1000家，佔據深圳互聯網金融企業總數的90%以上，前海依然成為全國互聯網金融最為發達、最為活躍的區域。
Meaningful synergy between Internet and finance is the trend that will significantly impact financial products, services, organizations and business. Internet financing helps SMEs’ development and employment in a way that is impossible for existing financial institution to replace and enables the general population to start their own business. By Aug 10th, 41,821 enterprises has moved to Qianhai, with registered capital of 2.2 trillion. Among them are over one thousand Internet finance companies, almost 90% of Shenzhen’s Internet finance companies. Qianhai is the area with most advanced and active Internet finance in the country.
本次論壇主要探討了前海區位政策、前海金融創新發展以及前海青年創客創業過程中法律風險防控等問題。本次論壇再次強化了法律服務對創業創新保護的重要性，為我所堅定不移地推動金融法律服務的發展以及貫徹落實我所高端、專業、國際化法律服務之理念起到了推動作用。
The symposium discusses Qianhai’s policy, its financial innovation and legal risk control for young entrepreneurs. It further emphasizes the importance of legal services to start-ups and promotes SQ’s belief in the significance of finance legal services and SQ’s high-end professional international legal services.
