2015年6月29日下午,由深圳國際仲裁院(華南國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會)、粵港澳商事調解聯盟、香港聯合調解專線辦事處共同主辦的首屆粵港澳商事調解論壇“跨境商事調解與自貿區法治環境”研討會在深圳舉行。
On June 29th, SCIA (Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, otherwise known as CIETAC South China ,China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission South China), GHMMA (Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macau Mediation Alliance) and JMHO (Joint Mediation Helpline Office) cohosts the first Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Business Mediation Forum on cross-border business mediation and free trade zone legal environment.
來自粵港澳地區的主要調解機構、調解專家、仲裁員、知名律師、企業法務等100餘人參加研討。其中,我司廣東星辰(前海)律師事務所作為特邀嘉賓,由我所陳方主任率業務總監梁敏律師以及賈靖、冀玉婷、孙子翔、謝永藝等星辰前海律師出席論壇。
More than 100 major mediation institutions, mediators, arbitrators, lawyers and in-house counsels attended the symposium. Led by President Chen Fang, lawyers from Sincere Qianhai attended as honored guests. Operation Director Mr Liang Min also attended, along with Jia Jing, Ji Yuting, Sun Zixiang and Xie Yongyi.
與會人員共同探討了當前前海深港合作區、自貿區營商環境下如何通過調解、“調解+仲裁”等方式幫助跨境糾紛當事人解決商事糾紛,維護其合法權益,促進建設前海合作區、自貿區和諧營商環境的相關問題。其間,深圳國際仲裁院院長、粵港澳商事調解聯盟副主席劉曉春先生以及深圳國際仲裁院業務總監、粵港澳商事調解聯盟秘書長曾銀燕女士,就調解聯盟在深圳前海開展的商事調解業務等相關問題與我所陳方主任,梁敏律師作了進一步溝通和交流。
Attendees discuss how mediation and arbitration could help clients with cross-border legal dispute, protecting their lawful interest and promote business environment, especially in Qianhai Free Trade Zone. During the meeting, SCIA President and GHMMA VP Mr Liu Xiaochun and SCIA Operation Director and GHMMA General Secretary Mrs Zeng Yinyan furthur discussed GHMMA’s role in Qianhai with Mr Chen and Mr Liang.
會後,我所主任陳方律師在接受現場媒體採訪時也表達了對前海深港合作區、自貿區健康良好營業環境的信心,同時提出調解聯盟機構、律所以及其他機構之間應加強業務交流與合作,共同提升粵港澳地區、前海深港合作區商事調解水平,為當事人提供更加專業、高效、和諧的調解法律服務。
Talking to media after the symposium, Sincere Qianhai President Chen Fang expresses profound confidence in the business environment of Qianhai; he proposes that mediation alliances, law firms and other institutions strenthen cooperation and dialogue, in order to promote professional, efficient and harmonious mediation in Qianhai, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau.
