哈薩克斯坦外商直接投資總體水準分析。

哈薩克斯坦獨立後,在吸引外資方面取得巨大成就。由於市場經濟的成功轉型,經濟持續快速增長,居民購買力不斷提高,使哈薩克斯坦成為投資前景良好的新興市場。另外,自然資源,尤其是豐富的油氣資源的巨大吸引力,使大量外資紛紛湧入哈薩克斯坦。外資的引進對哈薩克斯坦國民經濟各領域的建設和發展起到了巨大的推動作用。從表1 可以看出,除了1998年和2002年以及2005年受金融危機和美國九一一事件影響之外,哈薩克斯坦自1994年以來,吸引外資額一直高速增長,呈現良好的發展勢頭。自1993 年至2008 年年底,外國對哈薩克斯坦的直接投資額累計達896. 7億美元。其中,僅2005 ～2008 年,吸引外資就達到488. 9億美元,年均增長44. 1% ,在獨聯體國家中僅次於俄羅斯。而自哈獨立以來吸收的外來投資按人均計算則在獨聯體國家中居第一位。

The overall level of foreign direct investment in Kazakhstan

After the independence day, Kazakhstan has made great achievements in attracting foreign investment .Due to the successful transformation of the market economy, it sustained the rapid economic growth and increased the purchasing power of residents, and as a result Kazakhstan has become a good investment prospect or emerging markets. In addition, natural resources, especially rich in oil and gas resources were of the great attraction, which lead to a large number of foreign capital influx in Kazakhstan. The introduction of foreign capital has played a huge role in promoting the construction and development of various fields of Kazakhstan national economy. As seen from table 1, in addition to 1998 and 2002 and 2005 with the influence of the financial crisis and the events of September 11 outside,  since 1994, Kazakhstan in order to attract foreign investment and make it grow rapidly, showed a good momentum of development. From 1993 to 2008 at the end of the year, foreign direct investment in Kazakhstan amounted to 896, 7 million dollars. Among them only 2005-2008, the attraction of foreign investment in Kazakhstan reached 44, 1% with an average annual growth in CIS (commonwealth of independent states)countries, the second place took Russia. And since Kazakhstan’sindependent absorption of foreign investment in per capita terms in the CIS (commonwealth of independent states) countries it has the first place.
